Laminating foils and films
Laminating foils and films are plastic or paper-based materials used by the furniture industry, as well as in the interior of public spaces. Our offerings include both solid colour and wood and abstract-patterned films. Gloss rates vary depending on pattern from low to high gloss foils and films.
3D vinyl foils
3D form-pressable, vinyl-based laminating foils are suitable for coating shaped furniture components such as cabinet doors. The foils are thermoformed using either a vacuum or a membrane press resulting in a finished, high-quality and easy-to-care surface. Typically, 3-D coated furniture doors and furniture components are used in kitchen and bathroom furniture.
Cabinet doors and furniture components coated with 3-D vinyl foils are also suitable for tougher uses such as furniture in educational establishments, restaurants, public spaces, dormitories and healthcare facilities. The vinyl foils provide a durable, easy-to-care, stylish and comfort-enhancing solutions.
Our stock has about 50 different designs. For fast delivery, we offer premium-grade solid colour films, wood-patterned films, high gloss films in both 1300 mm and 1400 mm machine widths. Depending on the film, the film thicknesses are 0.30 mm or 0.40 mm for standard films. High gloss film have a standard thickness of 0.50 mm or 0.55 mm.
Other coating films
We also supply, for example, PET, polypropylene and PVC foils and films, which are used for level lamination and for coating profile strips. For the marine industry, we offer flame-retardant PVC films. Our self-adhesive films are suitable for repairs in public spaces, for example. We offer a wide range of colours and patterns.
In addition to stock colours, we also offer as factory delivery a wide range of additional colours and surface options as well as custom designs. We have white, beech, cherry and oak patterns suitable for level and list lamination.
