Nordstock was at the Habitare fair presenting solid surface, stone veneer and 3D foils. The stand and the furniture were designed by Räihä Interior.
The stand featured bathroom furniture with HI-MACS and stone veneer surfaces. There was also a HI-MACS stool and shelves with HI-MACS as well as foils. The wall installation charmed many people and probably gave them new ideas for their next interior design project.
Solid surface was a new material for many consumers. The formability and seamless applications were a nice surprise, as well as the extent of the color range. A new material, stone veneer, attracted a lot of interest, and many people envisioned it as a backsplash for kitchens.
A new product, NELIÖ (square) flower pot designed by Päivi Räihä was introduced at the fair. The pots are made from surplus pieces of HI-MACS. Every pot and tray get a unique visual identity, depending on what pieces of surplus material are available. For more information about the pots, please contact Räihä Interiors.
